In these terms, “Street Bites”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Street Bites food business operating from Street Bites, M&S Upper Level, Castlepoint Shopping Park, Yeomans Way, Bournemouth BH8 9UL. “You” means the customer or website user.

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse ordering or discount systems, submit false information or use the site in a way that could harm Street Bites or another person.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site where reasonably necessary.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery, collection or other charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe using the methods offered at checkout.

If a displayed price or charge is clearly incorrect, we do not have to supply at that price. We will contact you and give you the choice to pay the correct amount or cancel for a refund.

Customer accounts are optional and are for individual personal use. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed it.

Signed-in customers earn 10 Street Bites Coins for each £1 actually paid on eligible online orders after payment is confirmed. Coins are calculated from the final amount paid, rounded down to the nearest whole coin. Guest orders do not earn coins and orders cannot be added to an account afterwards.

A free side costs 500 coins, a free eligible main costs 1,500 coins and a free Infamous Mixed Grill Box costs 3,000 coins. The 1,500-coin Free Main reward excludes items in the Grill category and all Grill Boxes. A reward covers the base price of one eligible item selected by the checkout; modifiers, extras, fees and delivery remain payable. One reward may be used per order and rewards cannot be combined with a discount code. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Coins are reserved when a reward checkout begins, applied when the order completes, and returned if the payment session expires unused. We may correct balances affected by cancellations, refunds, errors, misuse or duplicate awards. We may reasonably change or end the programme, but will aim to give notice of material changes and treat existing balances fairly.

Preparation, collection and delivery times are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to meet them, but traffic, demand, weather, equipment issues and events outside our control can cause delays.

For collection, please arrive at the location shown in your confirmation and quote the order details requested by our team. For delivery, you are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address within the area accepted at checkout and for being available to receive the order.

If we cannot deliver because the address is incorrect, inaccessible or nobody is available after reasonable attempts to contact you, we may treat the order as completed and may not be able to offer a refund for perishable food.

Product descriptions and images are provided as a guide. Ingredients, recipes, presentation and availability may change. Please review our allergen information before ordering and contact our team if you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement.

We handle multiple allergens in our preparation environment. Although we take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of an allergen unless we expressly confirm this. Do not rely only on an order note for a serious allergy; speak to our team before eating.

Food is prepared to order and is perishable, so a change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply once preparation has started. Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will help where reasonably possible, but cannot promise changes after preparation begins.

If an order is missing, incorrect, unsafe, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law, contact us promptly with your order details. Our Refund Policy explains our approach. Nothing in these terms limits the remedies available under UK consumer law.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses arising from a consumer order, or for failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information provided through the site and during checkout.

The website, branding, text, graphics, photographs and other content belong to Street Bites or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the benefit of mandatory local consumer protections and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows.
