Collection orders close at 18:00 daily, 16:00 on Sunday. The truck stays open later for walk-ups and delivery.

By Car
Free parking at Castlepoint. Follow signs to Yeomans Way and M&S Upper Level from the A338.
By Bus
Yellow Buses routes 1, 1a, 5 and 5b stop at Castlepoint. Check ybus.co.uk for timetables.
Planning your visit
Getting to Castlepoint
We trade from Castlepoint Shopping Park in Bournemouth, one of the largest retail parks on the South Coast. If you have not been before, it is an easy place to get to and — usefully — an easy place to park.
Satnav: use BH8 9UL. Castlepoint is big enough to cover more than one postcode — the centre as a whole is signposted BH8 9UZ on Castle Lane West, but our end, by M&S on the upper level, is BH8 9UL. Head for that and you will come out beside us.
Parking
Over 2,800 spaces, free for up to four hours — far longer than you need for a burger. There are drop-off points outside M&S, Asda and Sainsbury’s.
By bus
Several stops sit within the park itself, with shelters and seating, and zebra crossings to reach them. Routes are run by More Bus.
By train
Bournemouth station is roughly ten minutes away by car. Castlepoint’s customer service desks can order you a taxi back to it.
Accessibility
Shopmobility, run by SEDCAT, loans wheelchairs and mobility scooters from the lower car park level. Call 01202 598295 to check availability and hours.
Castlepoint is dog friendly, and so are we — you are very welcome to eat with us with a dog in tow. Individual shops set their own policies, so check before you go inside one.
